Silver Bullet Enterprises History
Sometime in the late 1990’s, Steve Barwick (AKA S. Spenser Jones), a writer, formed Silver Bullet Enterprises.
Silver Bullet Enterprises was initially located in Barstow California, later in Lenwood California. (Same community, just a different contract mail receiver.)
Silver Bullet Enterprises was Steve’s retail organization. He sold products manufactured by others under his own brand name. He was meticulous about quality control and saw to it that the items he sold were well made and of consistent quality.
At some point, Steve began to sell Colloidal Silver generators custom manufactured for him by "Skaggs Enterprises" (under the "Silver Bullet Enterprises" name).
In late 2000, Steve decided, for reasons known only to Steve, that it was time to get out of the Colloidal Silver Generator Business.
At that time, Steve offered to sell his rights (whatever right he may have had) to the "Silver Bullet Enterprises" name to Tom Skaggs (of Skaggs Enterprises).
Tom Skaggs and I (Scott Clayton) were involved in several business ventures. Tom and I negotiated the purchase of the "name rights" from Steve and opened Silver Bullet Enterprises, Inc., in January of 2001. Our initial location was in Aurora Colorado.
In May of 2001, it became evident that a lawsuit in which Tom Skaggs was embroiled was serious enough to require his full time attention. The lawsuit had nothing to do with me, Silver Bullet, or anything I had been involved with, but it left Tom in a cash flow bind. I purchased Tom’s interest in our business ventures and became the sole stockholder of Silver Bullet Enterprises, Inc.
In the fall of 2001 we all experienced the events of 9/11.
In February of 2002, Silver Bullet Enterprises, Inc. moved to Greeley, Colorado. (A 58 mile move, from the Big City to the Little City).

In the spring of 2002, the USP generator had been developed and was introduced to the public. By this time, I had managed to fulfill the obligations we had entered into with Mr. Barwick, and he formally transferred certain symbolic assets relating to the "Silver Bullet Enterprises" name to me.
Around this same time I discovered that Steve Barwick and S. Spenser Jones are the same person. At least that’s what Steve told me when seeking my advice about how to deal with the press coverage relating to "Stan Jones" of Montana. (argryia sufferer/state senate candidate). Steve is a "true believer" in the beneficial effects of Colloidal Silver, and any "adverse information", true or false, genuinely upsets him.
Life & Health Research Group, as far as I can tell is Steve Barwick, writing under both of his names. (Steve Barwick & S. Spenser Jones).
By the summer of 2002, it had become apparent the Steve & I had differences. We did not work well together, and our relationship was deteriorating rapidly.
About this time we (the Silver Bullet staff) were starting to hear rumors of "imitator" USP generators. Not quite like ours, but low voltage units making similar claims (we can prove ours, theirs remain a mystery to us). (The only make we have ever subsequently been able to identify is the one currently being sold by Steve Barwick)
By the end of October 2002, Mr. Barwick notified me that our relationship was irretrievably broken. I concurred. He assured me that he would notify all of his customers that he had no further relationship with Silver Bullet Enterprises. (For a while it looked like he then tried to become Silver Bullet Enterprises.)
It would appear that Mr. Barwick a.k.a. S. Spenser Jones, has had second thoughts about getting out of the Colloidal Silver Generator Business. (Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so maybe I should be flattered)
It would also appear that he has had second thoughts about selling the rights he may have held to the Silver Bullet Enterprises name. (see the reference to "Silver Bullet Health and Nutritionals" elsewhere on this site).
We have made no bones about who we are. We have not claimed to be anyone other than who we are, nor have we attempted to foster any confusion.
Hopefully this will clear the air for you.
To the best of my knowledge the above information is true.
If I make myself sound like the hero…well… I’m the guy writing the tale. If you hear it from a different viewpoint, just try to remember, my viewpoint aside, the verifiable facts are contained within the tale above.
