A Note to our customers: The FDA is receiving pressure (link) from Pharmaceutical Front Groups (beneficial sounding organizations we never heard of) and known environmental groups (who receive large portions of their funding from pharmaceutical foundations) to ban nano-particle colloidal silver, along with colloidal silver generators and other "appliances" that use or generate colloidal silver. The rhetoric they use is well written and evokes an affirmative initial emotional response from the reader.

There is no HISTORICAL EVIDENCE of a SILVER causing a problem with HUMAN DNA! But, heck, we, as a species, have only been using Silver for medicinal and antimicrobial purposes for a recorded 6000 years.

This trend to ban, or at least create highly restricted access  to Colloidal Silver is already noticeable in the EU and Australia, among other places, so don't be surprised when it happens here.

I repeat. It's all about the money. Colloidal Silver represents a meaningful and ongoing threat to drug company profits.

To most of us who own and use a Colloidal Silver Generator, it is a household necessity, playing as much a part in our daily lives as the stove or refrigerator. The relatively small expense and time it takes to make colloidal silver is greatly overshadowed by the benefits we see in our daily lives.

With the de-valuation of our (US) dollar, and rising costs for almost everything we need in our daily lives, the true value of colloidal silver is more apparent than ever. Those of us who already make use of CS spend less money on medical care and are healthier than most of our friends and relatives. ... this statement is based upon statements made to Scott Clayton (me) by customers of Silver Bullet Enterprises ... it is not supported by a scientific study ... It does, however, accurately reflect the virtually universal sentiment of colloidal silver users with whom I speak regularly.

For many people, especially those who don't yet own one, the purchase of a colloidal silver generator seems much like buying a fanciful toy. (Telephones may have seemed that way at one time. I would rather give up my phone than my CS generation equipment.)

The "toy" notion is reinforced by the fact that:

•  no reasonable person is willing to guarantee that colloidal silver will cure anything

•  the fact that most of the available usage information is "anecdotal". 

For many people, the fact that the FDA and AMA adamantly deny any benefits of colloidal silver completes the argument against spending the money.

Since people (mostly upper middle class, prosperous, healthy people) do spend the money:

The first logical question becomes: Why do an estimated ten million (10,000,000 ) Americans own, and make regular use of home colloidal silver generators?

The second logical question is: If Colloidal Silver is so good, why doesn't anybody guarantee results? (Short Answer ... The FDA and FTC prosecute anybody who claims, even truthfully, to cure any ailment. They are particularly aggressive when dealing with individuals and "non drug" remedies for anything.)

The answer to the first of these questions, is a bit longer. It may be found in the following:

 There are tens of thousands of essentially identical anecdotal reports, arising from all parts of the world attesting to the efficacy of colloidal silver for treating one malady or another (over 650 maladies, actually). These reports date back over 100 years, with medicinal uses for silver in plate or container form dating back over 6000 years.

Many maladies, including some unknown until the latter part of the 1900's, cannot be successfully treated in any other manner or with any other substance. ... think Mycoplasma, MRSA (multi drug resistant staph aureas), XDRTB (multi drug resistant Tuberculosis), HIV (human immune virus), to name but a few. • Anecdotal evidence is the personal account of an event ... it may or may not be accurate, but should be considered within an overall context of similar accounts. Example ... prunes help relieve my constipation. Within the overall context of  your personal experience ... is this statement likely to be true or false? If you had no personal experience with prunes, would this account be similar to other accounts?

• We, or our close friends ... especially if we are over 50 (more age means more experience) ... have discovered that colloidal silver helps reduce the amount of time we are sick, and the amount of money we are forced to spend on physician and hospital visits. Many of the above referenced anecdotes are our own!

Many people, for good reason, no longer trust the FDA or the AMA or any  member of the US "alphabet soup club". (They conceal, evade, avoid disclosure, etc. In short, their pronouncements tend to serve a pre determined agenda, and we know that when we depend upon what they say, our actions may not be in our own best interest.)

NOTE: There is no record of anybody ever having died of a colloidal silver overdose ... the fda does not approve the use of colloidal silver ... Colloidal Silver is unpatentable and the FDA receives no fees from its' sale.

Depending upon who you believe ... between 40,000 (the press commonly uses this number) and 100,000 (an FDA drug safety researcher's claim) people died as a direct result of using VIOXX. 

VIOXX WAS  AN FDA APPROVED DRUG!  and the Makers of VIOXX paid BIG FEES TO THE FDA.

When anything does not appear to make sense, follow the money!

Think Back ... No disease, or serious malady has been "CURED", since POLIO! (The cure for Polio destroyed an entire industry ... saved lives and benefited hundreds of millions  ... but destroyed an entire industry!)

Our medical system "manages" conditions. "Cures are right around the corner", but we, the public,  never round that corner. (Did you ever wonder about cancer? We've known the cause since 1932 and the "cure" is right around the corner ... right?)

A CURE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS ... CASE MANAGEMENT IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS ... CASE MANAGEMENT PROVIDES ONGOING INCOME TO A PHYSICIAN, HIS/HER STAFF, A DRUG COMPANY, THE FDA, ETC. Tough on the patient but good for business.

IT IS A VIOLATION OF LAW TO CLAIM THAT YOU CAN CURE ANYTHING IN THE USA, using anything other than an FDA approved drug!

• The minute anyone begins to claim ... even truthfully ... that colloidal silver, or any other non-drug substance, treatment or activity will cure anything, they violate the law and risk imprisonment. (we expressly refuse to make claims that colloidal silver will cure stuff)

• The FDA and The AMA have a monetary interest in maintaining the "drug company" monopoly on health care ... that is the prevention and/or treatment of disease. This is a problem for all of us in its' own right. (More illness means more money for AMA members and FDA approved drug vendors ... Doesn't that fact build your confidence in the AMA and FDA?)

• The AMA is a "Physician's Union", interested in the economic welfare of it's members, without any particular regard for the welfare of  patients. They have been proven, in Federal Court, to lie and unlawfully conspire for the purpose of maintaining their power. Re: Chiropractic care: Antitrust suit ... The AMA defendant ... "~defendants took active steps, often covert, to undermine chiropractic educational institutions, conceal evidence of the usefulness of chiropractic care, undercut insurance programs for patients of chiropractors, subvert government inquiries into the efficacy of chiropractic, engage in a massive disinformation campaign to discredit and destabilize the chiropractic profession and engage in numerous other activities to maintain a medical physician monopoly over health care in this country."

• If the AMA will go to these lengths to discredit competing professionals, how far will they go to discredit a medically useful substance, available without prescription or physician involvement, at a very low "per user" cost?

• Colloidal Silver is not a "Drug", nor does the maker (you) pay a fee to the FDA for the privilege of distributing the non-drug to him/herself.

• The FDA draws over 60% of its' funding from drug company fees and grants ... How Happy are the drug companies with effective non-drug products that compete with their expensive FDA licensed drugs? ... The FDA cannot afford to be impartial when it comes to Colloidal Silver!  

• NOTE: There is no record of anybody ever having died from a colloidal silver overdose ... the fda does not approve the use of colloidal silver ... • The FDA has chosen to ignore food safety issues ... look at some of the recalls and the shameful way they, and the Dept of Agriculture resist testing for mad cow disease in slaughtered animals, to say nothing of the "approval" of VIOXX.

• GMO seed manufacturers, including Monsanto, use Ampicillin resistance genes as "marker genes" when they introduce foreign genes into seeds. These genes are transferred to the flora and fauna in the gastro-intestinal tracts of the animals consuming the GMO products, and then to pathogenic bacteria ...CREATING ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT DISEASE STRAINS ... all with FDA approval. Hey...more drug resistant bacteria means more demand for NEW DRUGS ...right? [NOTE: Ampicillin resistance implies partial to complete resistance to all similar drugs. Ampicillin is a member of the penicillin family ... ain't Life Grand!]

The Summary:

1. History (and  documented research) tells us that Colloidal Silver usage yields beneficial effects.

2. History (and  documented research) tells us that Colloidal Silver has few adverse effects and has NEVER been shown to be lethal.

3. Physicians have a highly visible dis-incentive to prescribe colloidal silver.

4. The AMA, FDA, FTC and other drug related entities have an open financial incentive to prevent colloidal silver usage because it conflicts with their financial interest.

5. The AMA, FDA, USDA, ETC., have demonstrated a willingness to place "other concerns" above the safety and welfare of the American Public. (Heck, the FDA is arguably the most influential food regulatory body in the world, and they don't confine their apparent disregard for public safety to Americans.)

6. Silver Bullet Enterprises, Harmony Sales, and Scott Clayton, individually and jointly  expressly deny making any claims that colloidal silver will cure stuff. (We don't deny that it cures stuff, we just deny making any such assertion.)

Those of us who use Colloidal Silver recognize the above facts.

We see the interests that conflict with our own welfare.

We have chosen to side with ourselves and our families rather than follow the lead of those who place the welfare of their collective wallets above our own health and wellbeing.            

The news is reporting that more and more people are refusing vaccinations. The slant they put on the story makes anyone who refuses a vaccination appear stupid or even unpatriotic.

Nobody seems willing to mention that the unvaccinated group is no less healthy than the vaccinated group, or that the unvaccinated group has a bit more disposable income.

Lobbyists are pushing for new regulations to make vaccinations of various types compulsory, and it appears that MANDATORY VACCINATIONS  will be the required if/when the Swine Flu reaches epidemic proportions.

Lobbyists are also pushing for laws restricting the use of "awards programs" such as those run by Blue Cross in some states to promote the use of "Generic drugs".

Apparently, it's O.K. to buy generic foods because you don't have enough money for drugs and food, but not O.K. for insurance companies to "Offer Cash Rewards" to physicians for steering their patients to $4.00 generics instead of $150.00 "brand name drugs" , even if the generics are appropriate. (These guys must absolutely HATE natural health nuts who don't pay any big corporation  for the privilege of staying healthy!)

You can minimize your family's risk of contracting numerous ailments, including colds, flu, and cancer by adding sufficient amounts of vitamin C and D to your diet.

If the article By Bill Sardi and Timothy Hubbell published in October 2008 is correct, and you have access to the right sort of lab, you can even cure any sort of cancer, permanently without side effects. This must be wrong because the mainstream press hasn't said anything about it!

The Vitamin D connection to flu prevention (anecdotal physician evidence) has been known for several years.

 Additionally, in 2007 Creighton University (Nebraska) published a study indicating that Vitamin D supplementation would not only help alleviate colds and flu, but also helps prevent Cancer.

Since there is no large profit to be made by selling Vitamin D, the "established medical community" had to respond.

The response : American Cancer Society ... Nobody should attempt to prevent cancer by taking dietary supplements.

And, most recently: New Study suggests Vitamin D supplements dangerous ... Study ... I noticed that this newest study simply ignores the Creighton study and the anecdotal evidence. If a person is willing to simply ignore everything that disagrees with his/her opinion, he/she can justify anything.

Oh Well ... Follow the MONEY ...The truth will make itself known.

Bird Flu

Extremely virulent flu, but flu just the same!

Reports on the internet indicate that Bird Flu is mutating and that it is killing people in the mid east and India. The numbers remain relatively small. The rhetoric which might incite panic in the general populace, when compared to the statistical reality, appears to arise from some sort of Orwellian notion of Governmental control, as opposed to a valid risk assessment. (The short version of the foregoing, is, that I believe the "Hype" is just that.)

Everything we know about the flu (and statistics) tells us that average people are at a very low level of risk and that level of risk can be minimized by taking 2000 iu of vitamin D3 daily during flu season.

If you happen to be one of the "Cosmically Unlucky Souls" who contracts Bird Flu, there are very few real options. Most conventional anti virals are ineffective against Bird Flu, and aside from Colloidal Silver (C S is not an FDA approved solution to the problem) few, if any, other products can provide actual relief.

The Bird Flu virus is aggressive, but it is the flu. The flu virus...in all known genetic variations, including Bird Flu (H5N1) can easily be killed by colloidal silver at relative low concentrations, in test tubes. Since the flu is a respiratory disease (affliction of the lung), and direct contact with colloidal silver is needed to kill the virus, I would use a Nebulizer or misting device, and inhale colloidal silver to deal with the problem.

I would also take several grams of activated charcoal, daily, while I was so afflicted, to absorb the aeromatic hydrocarbon toxins that flu viruses release into the body. Removing toxins from the body is a proven method for alleviating symptoms and improving survivability from a viral or bacterial infection. (activated charcoal ... a household staple for dealing with minor food poisoning, the flu, etc., has become difficult to obtain and expensive in Britain, following the implementation of CODEX ... )

For the most part, our customers claim that nano-particle colloidal silver relieves symptoms of the "flu" within a day, shortens the time a person is afflicted with a cold to two days or so... bear in mind this is anecdotal evidence ... what our customers tell us, not necessarily the truth, and certainly not anything the FDA or FTC would endorse...

Conventional colloidal silver (silver water) , of course, has particles so large that most of its' action   remains within the "gastro intestinal tract", if ingested (swallowed).  Since the "flu" is a respiratory ailment, the only way to get any real results from "conventional" colloidal silver when fighting the "flu" would be to inhale nebulized CS, in the expectation that the silver particles carried into the lungs would kill the offending viruses residing there. Many of our customers allege that this method is effective. Again, this is anecdotal evidence ... what our customers tell us, not necessarily the truth, and certainly not anything the FDA or FTC would endorse...

West Nile Virus

"Global Warming" ... or the "Current Heat Wave" to say nothing of the standing water across Colorado and the bulk of the midwest ...

(Your Preference) is bringing increased mosquito populations to most of the country throughout the spring, summer and fall, together with an increase in the risk of exposure to West Nile Virus.

In 2008, as of December 31, the CDC is reporting 1356 cases of West Nile with 44 deaths, in the US. (CDC Link) There is undoubtedly some degree of "under reporting" , but I have no justifiable means for estimating what that amount might be. "the number of cases reported (as with all diseases) may be limited by whether persons affected seek care, whether laboratory diagnosis is ordered and the extent to which cases are reported to health authorities by the diagnosing physician." The Canadian Public Health Agency, Nov 24, 2008 is reporting 36 human West Nile cases for the year, with no deaths. Canada has a socialized health care program, which undoubtedly reduces the level of under reporting. (Canada Public Health Link)

Since the normal period between exposure and "medical confirmation" of a case of West Nile is about 5 weeks, we are expecting numerous "confirmed" cases during the months of September and November.

"West Nile" virus, though not the "flavor of the month" (current darling of the media) really is spreading rapidly throughout the world ... unlike many highly touted threats, West Nile can strike anybody, almost anywhere that mosquitoes exist.

As a general rule, West Nile is not "life threatening" to humans ...exactly ... that is, it doesn't usually kill people ... it just makes you sick, for months and months and months on end. Further, there is no "conventional medicinal" CURE!  [Link]

Prescription medications don't seem much help for the symptoms!

Most Physicians seem to have a handle on the cause, but no notion about how to deliver a cure.

I can't promise you that Colloidal Silver will alleviate the problem. The Law Forbids it!

Nano-particle colloidal silver (such as the ultra small particle cs produced by our USP series generators), produced with a safe low voltage generator, has (according to users) a reputation for relieving the symptoms of flu (every strain our customers have encountered), colds, mycoplasmal illness, and numerous other viral and bacterial afflictions.

Conventional Colloidal Silver alleviates many of the symptoms associated with bacteria, fungus, food borne pathogens, burns, cuts, scrapes, etc. In short, conventional colloidal silver appears to alleviate symptoms associated with pathogens "on the surface" or in the gastro-intestinal tract. This stands to reason, because the beneficial action of silver depends on "contact" between the pathogen and silver. Conventional Colloidal Silver, made with the USP II generator (due to the stirring action created by the bubbler) appears to have a somewhat tighter particle range than colloidal silver made with other generators. It also appears somewhat more effective against certain types of common pathogens than other types of colloidal silver.

Specifically, I am referring to the pathogens that cause mastitis in dairy cattle. Our dairy farmer customers report that, on the advice of their veterinarian, they have started treating mastitis using 10ppm Colloidal Silver. Further, they report that the Colloidal Silver made with our USP II generator (set for conventional) is the most effective preparation they have encountered. (They claim to have tried commercial CS, CS made with other generators, and CS made with the USP II. The results using the USP II appear clearly superior.)

Conventional colloidal silver does not appear to have much effect against most viral, mycoplasmal or nano-bacterial threats.

The reason is, these ultra small pathogens get into places where conventional colloidal silver (.001 to 4 micrometer size) particles simply never reach.

In order to have a real effect on nano-bacteria, mycoplasma, or viral pathogens, the Colloidal Silver user needs a source of silver particles as small or smaller than the pathogen.

USP (nano-particle) Colloidal Silver has a size range of roughly .25 nanometer to 6 nanometers (a nanometer is 1billionth of a meter).

If our users are to be believed, nano-particles of silver are highly effective in combating mycoplasma, colds, flu and other viral pathogens such as those that cause rheumatoid arthritis, "west nile" ( both humans and animals). Comparable results are not assured, the law forbids it. This is not a claim of efficacy, merely a restatement of anecdotes.
